GenderNexus is an Indiana based organization that began in 2014. It aims to empower and support gender diverse individuals. It offers a variety of services including medical referral letters and legal name and gender marker changes, as well as providing LGBTQ+ friendly resources, counseling and community groups, as well as education and advocacy services.
