The Flexographic Technical Association, or FTA, is a professional organization that has been a part of the flexographic printing industry for over 65 years.[1] The FTA was established in 1958 and has since been a member of the flexographic and in-line converting industry.[2] As an organization, the FTA offers its members articles, annual events, and resources.[2] The FTA Foundation, or FFTA, provides students with scholarships and educational resources.[2]
The FTA operates as a 501(c)(6) non-profit.[3]
Events
[edit]FORUM & INFOFLEX
This conference/exhibition allows individuals in the flexography field to find more information about technology and training, while connecting with other industry professionals.[4] The 2025 event was hosted in early May in Pittsburgh, PA.[4]
FTA Fall Technical Conference
The FTA Fall Technical Conference is a chance to bring together flexographic professionals to discover innovations and trends in the packaging/printing and converting industries.[5] The 2025 event will be hosted in Orlando, FL.[5]

2025 FTA Hall of Fame Member
The FTA began the Hall of Fame in 1962.[7] The goal of this honor is to recognize individuals who make large contributions to both the FTA and the flexographic industry.[7]
