| Submission declined on 2 December 2025 by AlphaBetaGamma (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Free Adblocker Browser (referred to as FAB) is a free web browser developed by Adblock – Rocketshield Browser Technology Limited. Based on the Chromium open-source project, it primarily supports the Android mobile operating system.[1]
Free Adblocker Browser was firstly released on May 3, 2015. With product iteration, the product has gradually enhanced its privacy protection capabilities and added security features, including preventing browser fingerprint tracking, blocking third-party cookies, supporting secure DNS resolution, automatically redirecting and removing AMP pages, and cleaning these parameters from tracking links. At present, the global download volume of this browser has exceeded 50 million times.[1]

Ad Blocking
The built-in ad blocking system of Free Adblocker Browser aims to provide users with a refreshing browsing experience, while improving webpage loading efficiency and reducing resource consumption. Unlike traditional static interception methods, Free Adblocker Browser monitors data requests and script calls in real-time during webpage loading, effectively adding a filtering layer between the webpage and the ad server to block ad content before it loads, making the page clean and loading fast.[1]
Its mechanism is based on multiple mainstream rule sets (such as Adblock Plus, uBlock Origin, and Brave rules), combined with request blocking, DOM element cleaning, content security policy injection, and script level interception to improve interception effectiveness. The Free Adblocker Browser also adapts to the advertising patterns of different websites through a continuously updated rule library to cope with changes in advertising forms. All interception operations are limited within the Free Adblocker Browser and will not affect other applications on the device.[1]
Under the same network conditions, the Free Adblocker Browser with ad blocking enabled can load up to three times faster than a regular browser and reduce bandwidth and battery consumption. Through multi-level interception, Free Adblocker Browser can effectively block dynamically loaded ads, pop ups, and banner ads, thereby maintaining a clean and efficient browsing environment.[1]
privacy security
The Free Adblocker Browser integrates multiple layers of protection technology in terms of privacy and security, aiming to reduce user information exposure during browsing, lower the risk of cross site tracking, traffic analysis, and data leakage. Its core mechanisms include tracker interception, third-party cookie blocking, secure DNS, URL cleaning, language fingerprinting, and built-in VPN.[2]
In terms of tracking protection, Free Adblocker Browser automatically blocks common tracking scripts and cross site resource requests, blocks third-party cookies by default, and uses encrypted DNS (such as DoH) to prevent domain name resolution from being monitored or tampered with. This product also supports AMP link restoration and URL parameter cleaning (such as removing utm_source, fbclid), and redirects AMP to the original page to reduce exposure in third-party cache domains.[2]
To reduce the risk of device and environmental fingerprint recognition, Free Adblocker Browser weakens fingerprint stability by randomizing or minimizing browser parameters such as language. The built-in, browser-level VPN (effective only within FAB) encrypts traffic and hides the user's real IP address to enhance communication security and anonymity in high-risk scenarios such as public WiFi.[2]
Through the above mechanism, Free Adblocker Browser not only provides privacy protection but also reduces the performance consumption caused by resource-intensive advertising scripts, thereby improving browsing security and web page loading efficiency.[2]
Software Experience
The Free Adblocker Browser also provides experience optimization features for reading and multimedia usage scenarios. The browser offers system level or manually switchable dark themes to reduce visual fatigue during night-time browsing, while also reducing the energy consumption of OLED screen devices. Reader mode automatically extracts the main content of a webpage, removing ads and redundant elements for a clean, text-focused layout. The comic mode is specially optimized for online comic websites, extracting comic images from web pages and displaying them in a native view. This feature can provide a continuous and smooth reading experience, and reduce interference caused by web ads or scripts.[1]
In the latest updated version, FAB has introduced Picture in Picture (PiP) functionality and adapted it to some mainstream video platforms, allowing users to continue playing videos in a small window while performing other operations. These features aim to enhance usability and multitasking capabilities, reduce advertising interference, and optimize the overall user experience.[1]
