Between 2022 and 2025, Experience.com introduced new features leveraging artificial intelligence and expanded its platform to support a broader range of industries. During this period, the company launched the Search Rank Score, an 850-point scoring system designed to help businesses evaluate and improve their visibility in search engine results. The score incorporates factors such as online reviews, business listings, and social engagement to generate performance insights.[5]
