Endear is a software company based in New York, NY[1] founded in 2019 by Leigh Sevin and Jinesh Shah.[2] It produces Endear, a customer relationship management (CRM) system that focuses on clienteling solutions for retail brands offering tools such as personalized messaging, data analytics, and appointment setting.[3]
History
[edit]Founders Leigh Sevin and Jinesh Shah first met in 2015 while participating as fellows in Venture for America (VFA), founded by Andrew Yang. They initially founded Arthur, a service that provided professionals with on-demand stylists.[4]
In 2025, Endear received series A funding in 2025 led by Channel Equity Partners.[5]
