The Sultanate of Derli (Malay: Kesultanan Derli Sri Indera Perita; Jawi: كسلطانن درلي سري اندرا ڤريتا‎) was a Malay sultanate or micronation in Southeast Asia, Brunei.

Muhammad Mukarram Shah established the sultanate as a self-reliant and independent nation under a hereditary monarchy in 9 May 2022. The sultanate also claimed the Derli Sultanate as the successor to the Malay Sultanate of Riau-Lingga.

In 12 May 2022, His Royal Highness declared Kota Penyengat as a capital and royal city. The Sultanate of Derli established its own flag and coat of arms as well self-represent its foreign affairs and defence interests on its behalf while retaining full control over its internal, economic affairs and defences.
