Deepak Talwar (born 28 May 1978) is an Indian politician and businessman, currently serving as the Mandal President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Bagha Purana, Punjab. Talwar has been credited with strengthening the BJP's presence in a region where it had historically limited influence. He has held this position for two terms, with his most recent election in 2025.

Deepak Talwar was born on 28 May 1978 in Bagha Purana, Punjab. He is the son of Ashok Talwar, who served as the Chairman of the Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board. Raised in a politically active household, Talwar was exposed to community service and leadership from a young age.

Outside politics, Talwar is engaged in business activities in the Moga district. His involvement in local enterprise has contributed to employment and economic development in Bagha Purana. He launched membership drives, organized public outreach programs, and facilitated party events aimed at strengthening the BJP's grassroots presence. His leadership led to wider recognition and support across diverse voter groups.
