DealValue Group is a Dutch holding company focused on digital platforms for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business-transfer marketplaces. The group combines several brands operating across different segments of the dealmaking market in Europe, most notably the SME-oriented business-transfer platform Brookz and the European mid-market M&A platform Dealsuite. Together, these companies form one of the largest integrated ecosystems for small and mid-market M&A professionals in Europe.

History

[edit]

DealValue Group was established in 2023 to bring together Brookz and Dealsuite under a single corporate structure. The consolidation was designed to accelerate cross-border growth, share technology and data resources, and strengthen the group’s position in the European M&A technology sector.[1] In October 2023, the Dutch investment company Value8 N.V. acquired a 31 percent stake in Brookz and later combined it with Dealsuite under DealValue Group.[2] Peter Rikhof, founder of Brookz, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of DealValue Group following the merger.

Business model and activities

[edit]

DealValue Group’s portfolio spans both open-access and closed professional networks. Brookz operates an open marketplace for domestic SME transactions, while Dealsuite provides a closed, subscription-based digital environment for larger and cross-border mid-market deals.[7] The group also includes software and data companies such as ValuePartner and C365 Yellow, which develop the underlying technology for both platforms.

Growth strategy

[edit]

DealValue Group aims to expand across Europe by combining Brookz’s strong domestic base with Dealsuite’s international user network. Its strategy focuses on scaling technology infrastructure, integrating data insights and promoting digitization within the European M&A ecosystem.[8]
