DataQueue is a Palestinian-Dutch startup founded by Bashir AlSaifi in 2021. Headquartered in Groningen, Netherlands, the company specializes in Artificial Intelligence (AI) data training and AI solutions, focusing on providing advanced technology to businesses.[1] Its mission is to help companies excel in delivering AI products and services by providing advanced technology, strong security, and comprehensive support. It aims to empower businesses to maximize AI's potential through innovative solutions, seamless integration, and tailored customization for enhanced efficiency and sustainable growth.[2] DataQueue specializes in making advanced AI technologies accessible to industries requiring high compliance, such as healthcare, telecommunications, and finance.
History
[edit]In 2021, DataQueue started as an AI data training company that manages the entire AI lifecycle. DataQueue has emerged as a solution provider, offering a comprehensive platform that addresses these challenges and streamlines the AI lifecycle for organizations.[3]
DataQueue's main challenge in AI development was obtaining diverse, reliable training data at scale. It addresses this by using advanced algorithms and crowdsourcing to efficiently collect large amounts of relevant data from various sources, speeding up the process and providing organizations with a wide range of annotated data for training their AI models.[3]
In August 2023, Ibtikar Fund] a venture capital firm founded in 2016 and based in Ramallah, Palestine,[4] announced their investment in DataQueue. Ambar Amleh, Managing Partner at Ibtikar Fund, explained: “Our team was impressed by DataQueue's comprehensive approach to training data management and their commitment to quality and scalability. We believe in their vision to simplify the AI lifecycle for businesses, and we are excited to partner with them as they continue to innovate and disrupt this industry.” This funding round equipped DataQueue with resources that enhanced its technology; boosted its research and development capabilities; and grew its customer base.[5]
In January 2025, DataQueue raised an undisclosed funding round led by Ibtikar Fund and Flat6Labs Jordan Seed Fund, the MENA region’s leading seed and early-stage venture capital firm. This funding round marks a significant milestone for DataQueue as it positions itself as a global leader in the AI ecosystem.
Products and Services
[edit]DataQueue has established a reputation in AI data training, annotation, and lifecycle management, providing solutions ranging from data collection and model training to integration and deployment. The company has been developing robust AI models across various industries to make AI applications more accessible and reliable for businesses.[3]
Building on its expertise, DataQueue has expanded its offerings to include speech-to-speech models, incorporating advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis techniques. One of the key products in this expansion is VoiceHub, a conversational AI platform designed to replace traditional IVR systems with AI-driven voice agents. VoiceHub supports inbound and outbound calls in over 50 languages and 20 Arabic dialects, operating 24/7 and seamlessly integrating with existing systems. By incorporating NLP technology, the platform enhances its understanding and processing of customer queries, thus improving overall efficiency.[6]
In addition to VoiceHub, DataQueue offers CallStudio, a real-time call analytics tool that provides valuable insights into customer interactions. This tool captures and analyzes call events, enabling users to monitor live data and metrics, filter calls by various criteria such as date, time, duration, and sentiment, and generate automated reports. Using sentiment analysis allows CallStudio to assess customer emotions, providing deeper insights into call dynamics.[7]
