Maria Paola Mora Cely (born 23 January 2001), best known by her stage name Cely, is a Norwegian rapper, DJ, and radio host at NRK P3 radio. She was born in Bogota, Colombia in 2001 and immigrated to Norway in 2006.[1][2] She has been described as a "raw and uncompromising rapper... making waves in Norwegian hip-hop".[3]
Awards
[edit]In June 2024, she was chosen as the new Norwegian artist of the month (Måneds Urørt) by the Norwegian radio channel NRK P3.[4][5]
Radio program
[edit]Since September 2024, she is the co-host of the "National Rap Show" at NRK P3, together with the godfather of Norwegian hip hop Tommy Tee.
