Boston Influential is an upcoming American reality television series set in Boston, Massachusetts. The show follows a group of local content creators as they navigate their professional and personal lives.

Premise

The series chronicles the lives of five Boston-based digital creators, highlighting their careers in fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and social media. The show features a mix of group events, one-on-one conversations, and individual reflections, emphasizing the dynamics within the city’s content creator community.[1]

Cast

The original cast includes:

  • Ashleigh D'Mello – A fashion influencer known for minimalist and monochromatic styling. D'Mello was featured by CBS News Boston[2] and named one of Boston’s most influential Instagrammers by Boston Magazine.[3]
  • Claudiane Philippe – A lifestyle creator known for her cocktail-focused content. She has received local recognition for her food and beverage photography.[3]
  • Maeve Stier – A Boston-based influencer and entrepreneur. She is the founder of the lifestyle and accessories brand Maeflowers.
  • Brayan Mesa – A photographer and content creator whose work has been featured in local publications including Boston Magazine[4][5] and Boston.com.[6]
  • Kate Weiser – A local blogger and digital creator. She is known for curating experiences around the city through her platform @bucketlistboston.

Production

Filming for the show began in mid-2024 across several Boston neighborhoods. In December 2024, the production filmed on location in Edgartown, Massachusetts, following approval from the local select board.[7]

Development

Boston Influential was first reported in the industry trade publication C21 Media in early 2025. According to the article, distribution plans have not yet been announced.[8]

The series is produced by Next Studios, which previously produced the docuseries This Is Family, focusing on a Lebanese American family in Boston.
