Boostlingo is an American technology company that develops software solutions for interpretation and translation services. Its platform combines on-demand interpreting, interpreter scheduling, artificial intelligence tools for live translation, and integrations with video conferencing software, enabling language access in medical, governmental, and business settings.[1]

History

Boostlingo was founded to expand access to interpreting services through digital tools, with a particular focus on supporting remote and on-demand workflows. The company initially focused on over-the-phone interpreting (OPI) and video remote interpreting (VRI). In 2018, Boostlingo raised $3.4 million in Series A funding, aimed at enhancing its platform’s technical capabilities and expanding its interpreter network.[2]

In 2021, the company received a growth equity investment from Mainsail Partners. By 2023, Boostlingo had expanded into new product areas including artificial intelligence, remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI), and multilingual event hosting.[3]
