BingoPlus is an online entertainment platform based in Taguig City, Philippines. It was established in 2022 and is operated by AB Leisure Exponent Inc. (ABLE), a subsidiary of DigiPlus Interactive Corporation (formerly known as LRWC). BingoPlus holds the first Online Traditional Bingo (OTB) license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
History
[edit]On January 31, 2022, Leisure & Resorts World Corporation (LRWC), the parent company of BingoPlus, was granted the first Online Traditional Bingo (OTB) license in the Philippines by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), signifying the commencement of legally sanctioned online gambling operations under the BingoPlus brand.[2]
In 2023, Leisure & Resorts World Corporation, the parent company of BingoPlus, was officially renamed DigiPlus Interactive Corporation after receiving approval for the name change from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).[3]
On September 29, 2024, BingoPlus launched its latest perya game Pinoy Drop Ball at a launch event held at the Grand Hyatt Manila, The game is noted as the first live Drop Ball game of its kind to be launched in the Philippines.[4]
Products and Services
[edit]BingoPlus offers online bingo, slot games, live casino, sportsbook, and poker. It features over 1,000 e-gaming titles and has introduced locally-themed games such as Bingo Mega, Bingo Rush, Color Game, and Pinoy Drop Ball that reflect Filipino perya culture.
Brand and sponsors
[edit]On April 6, 2022, the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) agreed to cooperate with BingoPlus and officially signed the sponsorship agreement between the two parties at a signing ceremony held at the Araneta Coliseum.[5] In September of the following year, they renewed the contract at the PBA Draft Combine held at the Gatorade Hoops in Mandaluyong to ensure that Filipino fans can continue to actively participate in its high-quality and exciting basketball games.[6]
On October 27, 2022, Premier Volleyball League (PVL) and BingoPlus became sponsorship partners. PVL Director Ricky Palou and ABLE President Jasper Vicencio attended the signing ceremony held at the Philippine Arena.[7][8]
On October 20, 2024, the BingoPlus Foundation donated money and medical facilities at a press conference after the performance of the Masskara Festival, which is sponsored for the third consecutive year.[9]
In 2025, the International Series Golf, hosted by BingoPlus, will be held in the Philippines for the first time. The tournament, which offers a prize pool of US$2 million, will be held at Sta. Elena Golf Club, Manila from October 23 to 26.[10]
Brand ambassadors
[edit]Leisure and Resorts World Corporation (LRWC) President Andy Tsui officially announced Filipino television host Luis Manzano as its first celebrity spokesperson at the brand press conference on May 27, 2022[11] and introduced Maine Mendoza as its first female celebrity spokesperson at its second BIngoPlus Day grand live broadcast celebration in September 2022.[12]
On October 7, 2023, at the 4th BingoPlus Day event held at SM Sky Dome, Filipino actor Piolo Pascual was announced as the newest celebrity endorser of BingoPlus[13].
In July 2024, BingoPlus introduced new brand ambassador Kim Chiu and donated ₱10 million to those affected by Typhoon Gaemi (Carina).[14]
Legal status
[edit]BingoPlus is the first platform in the Philippines to be granted an OTB license by PAGCOR. It is not affected by 2024 restrictions targeting Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs) and is considered fully compliant with local gaming regulations[15].

[edit]In June 204, The Philippine Star reported that the company discovered that a player and three employees of its platform conspired to manipulate the results of the Bingo Milyonaryo game held at the BingoPlus SM City Cauayan branch and illegally won a jackpot of up to ₱3.96 million. A fraud lawsuit was filed afterward and the participants were arrested.[16]
Responsibility
[edit]BingoPlus’ parent company DigiPlus and PAGCOR have partnered to formally promote and strengthen responsible gaming and privacy compliance across the Philippines in December 2024. During the event, PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco and DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco both stressed the importance of responsible gaming to online entertainment and player protection[17]
Awards and achievements
[edit]BingoPlus' parent company, digital gaming and entertainment company DigiPlus Interactive Corp., ranked 482nd on the list with total revenue of ₱27.3 billion and net income was ₱4.1 billion in 2023. It is one of the 38 Philippine companies that made the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list for the first time.[18][19]
According to The Philippine Star, BingoPlus' parent company has been included in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list for two consecutive years, jumping from 482nd place to 259th place in the 2023 list. It is the company with the largest jump among the selected companies in the Philippines.[20][21]
At the 2nd Manila Bulletin Newsmaker of the Year[22] Recognition Ceremony held at Manila Hotel Tent City on February 10, 2025, the BingoPlus Foundation was recognized as a “Reliable Gaming Brand” for its philanthropic projects and social giving that have changed the lives of millions of Filipinos.[23]
BingoPlus Foundation
[edit]Launched in 2023, the BingoPlus Foundation supports education, disaster response, healthcare, and other civic initiatives. As of 2025, over ₱150 million has been disbursed, benefiting more than 120,000 individuals.[24] It has received CSR accolades including the Silver Anvil[25] and Gold Stevie Award.[26]
Financials and user base
[edit]According to BusinessMirror, BingoPlus parent company DigiPlus Interactive Corp.'s official 2023 annual report disclosed that its 2023 revenue was ₱27.3 Billion and net income was ₱4.1 Billion, which represents year-on-year growth in revenue and net income compared to 2022, respectively, of 306% and 596%.[27]
BingoPlus parent company DigiPlus Interactive Corp. reported that BingoPlus had around 40 million registered users by the end of 2024, from a user base of 20 million in 2023.[28]
