Thiru. M. Bramma Moorthy is an Indian politician and social activist from Tamil Nadu. He hails from Ilampillai, a locality in Salem district. In 2021, he was appointed as the Tamil Nadu State Vice President of the Republican Party of India (Athawale).

In 2025, he resigned from the party and joined the Tamizhaga Vazhvurimai Katchi under the leadership of T.Velmurugan.,MLA where he currently serves as the State Youth Wing Secretary.

Social service

Through the Sri Bramma Group, he has been funding and supporting the upliftment of the underprivileged, especially in education and livelihood development. He actively supports Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, and religious minorities such as Christians and Muslims.

Achievements

  • Paid college tuition fees for over 40 students from impoverished families.
  • Enabled over 130 students to pursue law degrees and become practicing advocates.
  • Renovated damaged homes for more than 20 poor families and provided monthly family aid.
  • Supplies monthly educational kits, uniforms, and sports equipment to students in government schools.
  • Conducted a post-COVID medical camp benefiting over 200 underprivileged individuals.
  • Launched the "Green Life of India" initiative, planting 200,000 saplings and palm seeds across Tamil Nadu.
  • Provided consistent financial support for youth sports events in Salem and surrounding areas.
  • Offers food and clothing aid to the abandoned elderly.
  • Distributed saplings to pilgrims heading to Ayodhya in collaboration with the Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department.
