Atlas Real Estate Analytics is a Spanish real estate data company based in Madrid. The company develops software used to review housing market conditions, demographic information, and land classification. Its tools are used in the Spanish property sector by developers, consultancies and investment firms.[1]

History

Atlas Real Estate Analytics was founded in Madrid in 2019 by Alejandro Bermúdez and Daniel Bermúdez.[2]

In 2021, the company closed a financing round of approximately €500,000 with participation from Lartech (Grupo Lar), Básico Homes and Boyser.[3]

Media coverage

Analysis produced by the company has been cited in reporting on housing affordability in Madrid.[4] Similar figures were referenced by HuffPost España in coverage of rental trends.[5]

The company's data on student housing demand has also appeared in sector reporting.[6]

  • Fragua – used for comparing real estate and demographic indicators.[7]
