Sillä vierailevat muun muassa yhdysvaltalaisartistit Ariana Grande, Noah Cyrus ja Saweetie. Albumilta on julkaistu singlet ”Anyone”, ”What Other People Say” ja ”Dancing with the Devil”.

Samoihin aikoihin albumin kanssa julkaistiin myös neliosainen dokumenttisarja Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil. Sekä sarjassa että albumilla käsitellään yliannostusta, joka oli koitua Lovaton kohtaloksi vuonna 2018.
