Cindy Rodriguez Singh (born January 30, 1985) is an American woman suspected of murdering her son. On July 1, 2025, she was added to the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, wanted for capital murder and unlawful flight, being suspected of fleeing to India. Authorities say she may visit Mexico as well.[1][2][3][4][5]

Crime

[edit]

Rodriguez Singh's six-year-old son Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez was last seen alive in October 2022 and is presumed dead. A welfare check was conducted at the family home in Everman, Texas in March 2023.[6] Rodriguez Singh allegedly told police that her son was living with relatives in Mexico, which was later proven false. She is believed to have fled to India two days later with her husband and six other children and has not been seen since.[7]
