리차드 호가트(Richard Hoggart, 1918년 9월 24일 ~ 2014년 4월 10일)는 영국의 학자이다. 대중문화에 강조를 하면서 사회학, 영국문학, 그리고 문화연구 분야에서 잘 알려졌으며, 1964년 설립된 영국 버밍엄 대학교의 현대문화연구센터(CCCS)의 소장이기도 하였다.
