脱硫杆状菌目脱硫杆菌目学名Desulfobacterales)为热脱硫杆菌纲下属的一硫酸盐还原细菌英语Sulfate-reducing microorganism细菌。[1] 该目的细菌是严格的厌氧呼吸代谢菌,使用硫酸盐硝酸盐而不是氧气作为终端电子受体。脱硫杆菌目可以降解乙醇、分子氢、有机酸和小分子碳氢化合物[2][3] 它们生态范围广泛,在共生关系和营养循环英语Nutrient cycle中发挥着重要的环境作用。此的模式属为脱硫杆状菌属Desulfobacter)。
