ਤੁਰਖਾਨਾ (ਲੋਕ) Turkana people ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਕੀਨੀਆ, ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀ ਹਨ। 2009 ਦੀ ਮਰਦਮਸ਼ੁਮਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਕੀਨੀਆ ਦੀ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਦਾ 2.5%,ਹਨ ਤੁਰਖਾਨਾ ਲੋਕ ਇੱਕ ਈਸ਼ਵਰਵਾਦੀ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ ਉਹਨਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਹੇ ਕੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ।ਜਿਸਨੂ ਉਹ ਅਕੁਜ (Akuj.) ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਏਕੁਜ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਂਡ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਜਕ ਹੇ।
