Bob Dylan ist ein US-amerikanischer Dichter, Folk- und Rockmusiker. Bob Dylan singt, spielt Gitarre, Mundharmonika und Klavier und gilt als einer der einflussreichsten Musikschaffenden (Singer/Songwriter) des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts.

Er begann Ende der 1950er Jahre als Folkmusiker und wandte sich Mitte der 1960er Jahre der Rockmusik zu. Neben seiner Musik sind besonders seine Texte beachtenswert, die von symbolistischen Dichtern wie Arthur Rimbaud oder Dylan Thomas stark beeinflusst sind. Sein Leben und Werk ist von zahlreichen Brüchen und Wendungen durchzogen, die von seinem Publikum oft äußerst kritisch betrachtet worden sind ...Artikel lesen...
