Userspace protection request

The article Nicholas Alahverdian should be protected in order to prevent ongoing cross-wiki disruption which is spilling over from enwiki. See User:Pmelo1 (blocked on enwiki, lock pending), User:94.46.167.5 (a proxy/VPN service), and User:Demzelq (a single-purpose account, almost certainly also a sockpuppet).
