- Keep This article referenced to another, similar articles by category and contains external links which assume that this project is notable. Also, there are writen about the word 'tokernel' - toKernel is the concatenation of the words 'to kernel', which is the project and/or product name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by David Ayvazyan (talk • contribs) 08:07, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep This article references a PHP framework released only a few days ago, which may not yet be considered as notable but should pick up rapidly. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.88.67.37 (talk) 15:26, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep We believe that this article might just as well stay in Wikipedia, because "toKernel" is free software and have all the necessary functions for the Web application frameworks. We investigated this 'toKernel' software project and we found it as useful and correct. — Preceding unsigned comment added by KhArshak (talk • contribs) 03:44, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete. There isn't enough coverage of this framework in reliable sources to support an article. That may change - I hope so, it seems to have some potential - but until it does, we don't have an article. Usual caveats apply; when the software is broadly used and reviewed, then we write the article - not before. If all goes well, maybe that'll be sooner rather than later, or maybe not. But it's not there right now, and that's what we evaluate here. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 14:06, 21 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
