The thing is called Video Coding Engine, not Codec. http://developer.amd.com/community/blog/2014/02/19/introducing-video-coding-engine-vce/

Oland

Is there a source that states Oland does not have VCE? According to TechPowerUP and Linux documentation Oland has VCE v1
