Terminology

Does the author mean Iceo? I've never heard it called PZSCC before. Tabby (talk) 17:21, 22 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • This article describes an amplifier with sufficient quiscent current to prevent clipping. "Zero-signal collector current" is a very specific example of "quiescent current," while the qualification "proper" simply refers to using the correct amount of it. I would recommend this page for deletion or merger on the grounds that it duplicates information already found in Biasing#Bipolar_junction_transistors. (However, with a couple of tweaks, this content would be great for a tutorial website or a textbook.)216.168.124.123 (talk) 22:07, 5 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
