The article is very well done. I have corrected a few minor things (mainly related to leftover blank spaces in the placement of references), and I have removed a sentence in the "Applications" section which was not neutral. I have the following suggestions for further improving the article:

  • The comparison between the Fourier and the wavelet transform could use some more references for some statements, which I marked with "citation needed". Also, the causal statement pertaining the Fourier transform should be better clarified or rephrased, as it is not immediate.
  • The sentence "The integral Fourier transform can then be defined from B-wavelet transform using." seems incomplete.
