Move

I moved the page to Merovingian art, but Anthony Appleyard moved it back to Merovingian art and architecture, citing a request by User:Johnbod. I reverted the move, because the reason given is not valid: the "art and architecture" pairing is not an usual pairing at all, if you try to search it on Wikipedia, it's always only a redirect to art, e.g. Islamic art, because architecture is an art.--Liongrande (talk) 17:48, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

"Art and architecture" is an extremely common pairing in both WP:RS (eg [http://yalepress.yale.edu/yupbooks/SeriesPage.asp?series=92 the Yale History of Art series) and wikipedia. Where the articles get long enough they are made into separate articles, as has happened with those redirected, but that is not the case here. See Pre-Romanesque art and architecture, Early Christian art and architecture, Mozarabic art and architecture, Visigothic art and architecture, Repoblación art and architecture, Thai temple art and architecture, Iberian pre-Romanesque art and architecture, Croatian pre-Romanesque art and architecture etc. Please stop this.
