There is no WP:SIGCOV for this character to write an encyclopedic article, and this article cannot be rewritten pass WP:NOTABILITY. There are a few passing mentions of this character, but nothing to verify any meaningful out-of-universe information, according to WP:NFICTION / WP:WAF / WP:PLOT. Very selectively merge to List_of_Monty_Python's_Flying_Circus_episodes#10._Untitled. The sourcing looks good, but having an article of this length on a character who appeared in one episode of a rather niche (if beloved) show is fancruft. Comment if there were per-episode articles for Monty Python's Flying Circus this would be an obvious redirect. As it is, I'm not sure there is a good redirect target. power~enwiki (π, ν) 23:25, 22 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
