There are a few passing mentions of this character, but nothing to verify any meaningful out-of-universe information, according to WP:NFICTION / WP:WAF / WP:PLOT. Very selectively merge to List_of_Monty_Python's_Flying_Circus_episodes#10._Untitled. The sourcing looks good, but having an article of this length on a character who appeared in one episode of a rather niche (if beloved) show is fancruft.
