It appears that the tool mis-fired and I'm creating this manually. Reviewed under new article curation process. No indication of wp:notability. Actually zero coverage by independent sources in the references given in the article (which aren't actually references) , and I found none in a search except some notes in blogs. Aricle was previously deleted twice (the 2nd closed on Fed 25th 2020) and then immediately created Feb 25th upon deletion. Possibly it should be a speedy close and salted. Please see Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/V_(programming_language)_(4th_nomination) and note that it was concurrently nominated for speedy deletion by Tyw7 per North8000's request.
North8000 and Tyw7 I think we should merge these two nominations and possibly CSD discussion if there is one (I'm not that familiar with how CSD's work, so I don't know if any discussion happens with that.) Since it has been a number of months since the article was re-created--even if it was indeed identical--I think it would be better to just do the long process--unless it can be verified that the deleted article is nearly identical to the current one. --David Tornheim (talk) 18:40, 19 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
