Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/V (programming language) (3rd nomination)

It appears that the tool mis-fired and I'm creating this manually. Reviewed under new article curation process. No indication of wp:notability. Actually zero coverage by independent sources in the references given in the article (which aren't actually references) , and I found none in a search except some notes in blogs. Aricle was previously deleted twice (the 2nd closed on Fen 25th 2020) and then immediately created Feb 25th upon deletion. Possibly it should be a speedy close and salted.
