Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it provides information for an international science coordination project with significant contributions in its field. Wikipedia includes a similar entry for the project's parent organization (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Human_Dimensions_Programme) which makes reference to the project.
