This article cites only two sources: the programming language author's web page, and rosettacode.org, which is an open wiki. All the information there appears to have been uploaded by the language's author. I've searched and I can't find additional sources, so it appears this does not meet the general notability guideline and should be deleted. In your searches, note that this programming language has no relation to Dragon NaturallySpeaking and that product's associated scripting language. MrOllie (talk) 13:49, 5 June 2019 (UTC)

Delete. Both citations are unreliable. With the article's prose seeming a bit promotional, I'd say we should delete it. Invalid^OS (talk) 17:04, 5 June 2019 (UTC)

• Delete! Its' name suggests it was written after, or even while, reading the Dragon Book, and, who ever they are, they are not making history, nor would I waste my time learning it since they do not offer any innovation to speak of. If we can't have a page for Owl Lisp, let alone Otus Lisp, then we definitely shouldn't for this one either. -- Shyam Has Your Anomaly Mitigated (talk) 07:33, 7 June 2019 (UTC)

The creator of the page even went so far as to add the name of the language designer to the List of programming language researchers; I'm sure the creator of the page is the language designer. -- Shyam Has Your Anomaly Mitigated (talk) 07:50, 7 June 2019 (UTC)
