Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) is a nonprofit organization based in Portland, Oregon, in the United States. Its mission is to prevent HIV infections and support people affected and by HIV/AIDS, and to eliminate stigma associated with the disease. Founded in 1983 and incorporated two years later.[1]

Prism Health is a health clinic located on Southeast Belmont Street, in Portland's Buckman neighborhood. It opened as an extension of the Cascade AIDS Project in 2017 and became Oregon's first LGBT primary health clinic. [2] The clinic has 10 exam rooms, separate counseling and meeting rooms, and a pharmacy. Prism provides STI testing including HIV, mental and transgender health services, and free condoms and dental dams.[2] The clinic received $200,000 in operational support from Multnomah County in 2017.[3]
