Two scales of Severity

The Severity section shows levels I to V, but the Risk level (P*S) and (D) section has Severity levels I to VI. This is not wrong, because the article says that other classifications are possible, but maybe we should be consistent within our article. --Heron (talk) 15:54, 1 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
