Roderick Slater is notable because of published peer recognition, especially that of Jonathan Talbot who cites Slater's work as the reason he took up collage in the first place.

My post starts here: Slater is notable because his works have been exhibited in many galleries and also have been sold on the "secondary market" by important auction houses including Christie's in New York. Taltruth (talk) 09:48, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
