[1]  KatnissEverdeen: Here is what happened: Nicolet1327 (talk · contribs) uploaded the file on Commons as File:Pop-Up Movable & Three Dimensional Books catalog.ogg (per 19 July 2018 that page still exists on Commons for non-admins to view), and added that file name to Pop-up book in a series of edits starting in Special:Diff/821399457/839983039 just past midnight on 7 May. Later that day at 22:06 UTC over on Commons, "SteinsplitterBot moved page File:Pop-Up Movable & Three Dimensional Books catalog.ogg to File:Pop-Up Movable & Three Dimensional Books catalog.ogv: 6 (Non-controversial maintenance and bug fixes): MIME type mismatches file extension. https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc5334.txt" turning File:Pop-Up Movable & Three Dimensional Books catalog.ogg into a redirect. File:Pop-Up Movable & Three Dimensional Books catalog.ogv was nominated for deletion on 9 May, and was deleted on 18 July. The solution was to spot check the article history and find where the error first occured. It turned out to be the addition of {{:List of Supernatural episodes}} in Special:Diff/841123985/next that caused it, I've never seen that before, and when removed in Special:Diff/849970482 things were back to normal and no cite error was reported.
