When you mention a reference work for the first time, mention it with
the first form of the <ref> tag, like this:
<ref name="somename">( insert reference here )</ref>
The system will internally call the reference "somename" and you can
insert the same reference info later on with the second variant of the
<ref> tag:
<ref name="somename"/>
Note the lack of </ref>.

<br style="clear:both" /> (This forces a clean break below an image. It prevents text-wrapping problems in cases where an image is vertically longer than its accompanying paragraph. This forces "white space" at the bottom of the paragaph, so following grafs do not "crush" upwards.)
