Malicious edits by Rickcd7

I just reversed some malicious edits by Rickcd7. He deleted some information on the status of Perlmutter's current political race and altered the link to Perlmutter's official campaign site to point to a site attacking Perlmutter. My belief that these are malicious actions are also based on Rickcd7's edits of the Wikipedia page of Perlmutter's opponent. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rick_O%27Donnell

If I can figure our how to do so, I'm going to request that this page be locked down until after the 11/7/2006 election to prevent further problems.
