No evidence this software is notable. Lack of any references to independent reliable sources. I looked for references myself in Google News, Google Books, Google Scholar, could find nothing. Most of what a web search turns up is just the vendor's own website, also some hits on sites with low threshold for inclusion (such as download.cnet.com and software.informer.com) and some reseller websites (componentsource.com), but nothing which is high quality and independent of the vendor to indicate that this software is notable.
