Faraaz Ali

Faraaz Ali is the Consumer Products and Retail Head for ANZ. He manages the overall business and product management functions; working closely with the Asia Pacific country business teams to deliver innovative payment products and a distinctive customer experience. Prior to joining ANZ, Faraaz was heading the Citibank’s card businesses across Middle-East and North Africa and in the US where he was working for CitiCards US as Vice President in Marketing leading the Cards alternate channel development through online and database marketing teams in the US and India. Faraaz started his banking career at Capital One, serving in numerous roles, including Process Manager for Canada cards business and Project Manager for the Capital One Auto Finance Group. He was responsible for coordinating two major systems integration and for automating key back-end processes. Faraaz has a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Dallas.
