Premier Capital Developments is an Australian development and project management company established in 2006 by Steve Wise, Mark Jarman and its major shareholders Seven Group Holdings and Australian Capital Equity Pty Ltd.

Since its inception, Premier Capital Developments has delivered over $1.2 billion in major projects, and has a pipeline of projects under management from its offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide in excess of $1.3 billion.

Residential:


Kodo- Premier Capital Developments were engaged by Flagship Property Holdings Pty Ltd to develop this 30 storey residential project in Adelaide. The development includes approximately 208 apartments with a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, lofts and penthouses, as well as a ground floor café and retail activation and podium skygarden.

Sunday Coventry Street Apartments- Premier Capital Developments were engaged by Flagship Property Holdings Pty Ltd as the development and project manager on this $110m residential project. This 15-storey residential development was completed in March 2013, with 237 one to three bedroom apartments and pushed design boundaries with a pod style internal design.


Office and Commercial:

8 Central Avenue- Premier Capital Developments were involved as part of the project management team overseeing, designing and constructing this 12 level office and studio precinct project, located in Australian Technology Park, Eveleigh, New South Wales. Tenants include Channel 7, Pacific Magazines, Global Television and the Cancer Institute.

Hilton Melbourne South Wharf- Located in the heart of the dynamic South Wharf precinct in Melbourne, Victoria the Hilton Melbourne South Wharf offers deluxe accommodation in contemporary styled guest rooms, suites and serviced apartments. Premier Capital Developments managed both the project, design and delivery of the hotel as part of the redevelopment of the Melbourne Convention Centre.


Kings Square- Premier Capital Developments acts as project manager on behalf of Seven Entertainment Limited in the redevelopment of Kings Square (formerly the Perth Entertainment Centre) in Perth, Western Australia.


Public Infrastructure:


Melbourne Exhibition Centre Expansion – Premier Capital Developments are engaged as project managers on the expansion of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and multi-deck carpark for Plenary Group. They too, are engaged as Project & Development Manager for the new 331 room hotel to be located on the site.

Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre - The Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) project will deliver a new, $1 billion purpose-built facility for cancer research, treatment and care in Melbourne, Victoria. Plenary Health engaged Premier Capital Developments as Project Manager on the project to deliver the design and construction of the facility.

AgriBio - This Centre for AgriBioscience Research at La Trobe University was a $288 million public private partnership (PPP), that was delivered under the Victorian Government's Partnerships Victoria policy. Premier Capital Developments acted in the role of Project Manager for the Plenary Group and managed the Head Contractor in delivering the main building works, along with an integrated fit out of both laboratory and office spaces, all designed to meet the Australian Government Fit Out Guidelines.

Melbourne Convention Centre- Premier Capital Developments were engaged by Plenary Group to act as their Project Manager and to act as the Project Management Representative to deliver the design and construction of the new Melbourne Convention Centre. As part of the MCCD work, Premier Capital Developments also managed a project of a 397 room hotel for Hilton Worldwide within the centre.
