ISCII Encoding for Tibetan script
There was also an ISCII encoding developed for Tibetan script used in some software and fonts developed by CDAC. I know ISCII based software applications were once used at the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies (CIHTS) in Sarnath, and some other Tibetan institutions in India - as well as by a couple of government departments in Bhutan for Dzongkha. (I once had a copy of a Tibetan ISCII input program and fonts from CDAC myself.) Unfortunately I don't have any references for this at hand, or I'd put it in the article.
