Yes, but the meaning Pluralism is more important. Open in contrast to the "closed" catholic Scout and Guide organisations. Their Walloon "twin" is "Scouts et Guides Pluralistes de Belgique" --Egel Reaction? 16:21, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
