Spelling

Made one change to correct spelling to "Benkler."

recent edits...

In recent edits, external links to the wiki for Wealth of Networks as well as a talk Prof. Benkler gave were removed as being "unnecessary". I don't agree with that and would like the rationale for their deletion to be grounded in wikipedia policy and edit guidelines. If you think that the external links section is too cluttered, we could remove the link to the talk as I have it in ogg and could upload it to the commons and then it would be available there (and the commons link on this page would encompass that content too). -- Joebeone (Talk) 15:49, 14 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Those external links are also in the article The Wealth of Networks, which is more relevant to these links. I do not see any need to duplicate them in this article. --Neo-Jay 23:19, 14 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Great point. -- Joebeone (Talk) 19:47, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

please improve this article!

This person will be a presenter at Wikimania, and as such we can expect this article to get more traffic than usual. Now would be a great time improve if possible, and make sure everything is accurate! Brassratgirl 20:15, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nationality

Can someone add Prof. Benkler's nationality to the opening paragraph? It's always relevant info. dariopy (talk) 02:32, 21 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikileaks

I've added a small section about Benkler's thoughts on Wikileaks. He's got a forthcoming paper on the subject that's getting some attention so I thought it was appropriate. (I'm brand new at this so I hope I've done it correctly.)--Jbnisenson (talk) 17:37, 26 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please delete a irrelevant detail

"In 1984, Benkler was the treasurer of Kibbutz Shizafon."- im Israelian and I know what this means. generally quite nothing. its a village of 180 people (look at its entry). being treasurer there doesnt mean much. in the source of this detail, his CV, he write it as "member & treasurer", cause being a member of Kibbutz means more than being treasurer.Uziel302 (talk) 08:01, 17 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
