Welcome!
Hello, RoadView, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions relating to roads. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type It appears that you have an interest in editing roads articles. For that, we have several projects (called WikiProjects) available for you: United States Roads, Canada Roads, and highways (worldwide). Feel free to join these projects, where quite a few of us have come together to collaborate. Just as highways signs in the United States have to adhere to the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, we at Wikipedia and the United States Roads WikiProject have some standards that we request editors to follow. Please become familiar with the Wikipedia and U.S. Roads standards by checking out Wikipedia:Manual of Style and Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. Roads/Standards. Editors that do not edit U.S. road articles only need to peruse the Wikipedia Manual of Style. Additional road article-related questions can be answered at the following links: United States, Canada, or other countries. You may also ask questions at my talk page. Feel free to ask questions at #wikipedia-en-roads on IRC as well. Here, we have several editors who are willing to ask questions. For more information, see WP:HWY/IRC. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian and a roadfan! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your username and the date. Disambiguation link notification
Hi. When you recently edited List of the last surviving players who played in a World Series, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Washington Senators (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Proposal for your congressional-death articles
Hi, RoadView. I'm the editor who nominated two of the congressional-death articles for deletion. However, I had an idea I thought you might be interested in commenting on. Perhaps you could create lists of former US legislators who died in each decade. I understand that the US House sections would be quite heavy, but it's an idea. I also mentioned this on the AfD nomination. dci | TALK 22:51, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
Baseball Player of the Week
I undid my post. I mainly did it (initially) to make there less scrolling to get to the current season, but then figured I should put it back in and think about putting the current year up at the top and the previous years (with 2008 at the bottom) down below. --posty (talk) 12:57, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
Coming back to this some time after the AfD (my !vote would only have amounted to an WP:ILIKEIT endorsement), I see the table sorts alphabetically by first name, which I can change to surname if you think that would be preferable, here and the others. Dru of Id (talk) 22:00, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
- I have actually been thinking about that myself. I do think if I click on the name column that it makes a little more sense to sort by surname than first name. I say go for it and thanks in advance if you're actually interested in doing it for all of that and the related pages. RoadView (talk) 08:10, 29 April 2012 (UTC)

List of members of the United States Congress by year of birth and death
Just curious as to why non-voting members are not included. Since the project seems to still in its infancy, it wouldn't seem much of a bother to add ResComms and Delegates, as they are technically member of the House, even if non-voting. IIRC, the last to die was Jaime Fuster about five years ago, so there are few enough of them and I don't see much of a reason to exclude them. Star Garnet (talk) 21:04, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
