Hi Anonymous anonymous. I have been an admin since 5 November, 2005. This is shown in the log, and at Wikipedia:Requests_for_adminship/Commander_Keane if you are interested.--Commander Keane 22:12, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Illness?

Saw your alert on the Esperanza page, along with the notice on your user page. Hope you feel better. Wish I could offer something more than a prayer on your behalf — something that is not always welcome anyway, heh — and a desire for you to feel better soon. Let me know if there's anything I could do to help you here. Tijuana Brass¡Épa!-E@ 10:37, 22 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Get Better Soon

Dear Anonymous anonymous,

I'm very sorry to hear that you are feeling ill. It is really too bad that you cannot edit Wikipedia as much as you wish. But on the bright side, at least you have a semi-wikibreak. Hopefully, you'll be back around soon, as we can always, always use more contributing editors like you!

And remember esperanza is the key to getting well.

Best Wishes, Primate#101 05:09, 25 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I read from other users saying something that you're sick. Well I HOPE thats not true, if it is, I hope you get better. Take care.SonicXRouge 17:21, 26 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My RfA

Thank you for voting for me at my RFA. I am thankful for your kind words and confidence in me. Even though it failed, constructive criticism was received. File:Danavecpurpletiger.jpg A belated thank you to you for Supporting my RFA! It passed 54/2/3, much better than I expected! Esperanza Newsletter, Issue #3

The Administrator Coaching program is a program aimed at preparing Wikipedians for Adminship or helping them understand the intricacies of Wikipedia better. Recently, changes have been made to the requirements of coachees. Please review them before requesting this service.
This would be something like the Welcoming Committee, but for people who have figured out the basics of editing articles; they're not newcomers any more, but they might want some help in learning new roles. Some might like suggestions about how to learn vandal patrol, or mentoring on taking an article to featured status, or guidance with a proposal they plan to make at the Village Pump, for example. In this way, Esperanza would help keep hope alive for Wikipedia because we would always be grooming the next generation of admins.
The Stressbusters are a subset of Esperanza aiming to investigate the causes of stress. New eyes on the situation are always welcome!
Note from the editor
As always, MiszaBot handled this delivery. Thank you! Also, congratulations go to Pschemp, Titoxd and Freakofnurture for being elected in the last elections! An Esperanzial May to all of the readership!
  1. Posting logs of the Esperanza IRC channel are explicitly banned anywhere. Violation of this rule results in deletion and a ban from the channel.
  2. A disclaimer is going to be added to the Esperanza main page. We are humans and, as such, are imperfect.
  3. Various revisions have been made to the Code of Conduct. Please see them, as the proposal is ready to be ratified by the community and enacted. All members will members to have to re-confirm their membership after accepting the Code of Conduct.
  4. Referendums are to be held on whether terms of AC members should be lengthened and whether we should abolish votes full stop.
  5. Admin Coaching reform is agreed upon.

Your question

It's fine so far. Nothing I can't handle yet. Why do you ask? Just curious? --LV (Dark Mark) 16:43, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Questions

Hey AA! Here are the answers to the questions you recently left on my talk page:

Question 1. Are you an Administrator?

A: No.

Question 2b. If you're not has anyone nominated you to become one?

A: I have never recieved a nomination for adminship. I have had a few users tell me to come to them if I'm looking for a nomination, but I have not done so. I have self-nominated myself once, back in March (My First RFA), that failed 7/15/8, mostly due to lack of time I'd been with the project.

Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?

A: I feel I could contribute more to the project with the tools Administrators are priviledged with. As an active participant in work that involves Administrator interaction at one point, it would save the time of others to also be able to complete the processes I initiate and contribute to.

If you have any other questions, well, you've already found my talk page. --ZsinjTalk 18:52, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

your questions

Here are my answers

Question 1. Are you an Administrator?

A: No.

Question 2b. If you're not has anyone nominated you to become one?

A: No.

Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?

A: Yes I would, I would like to become an admin, because it would help in vandal fighting, I would also like to close AFDs and get involved in the Administrative backlog.

Re: Your Questions

Thank you for your inquiries and your intrest. Here are my responses.

Question 1. Are you a Wikipedia Administrator?

  • I am not.

Question 2a. If you are when did you become an administrator?

  • See above.

Question 2b. If you're not has anyone ever nominated you to become one?

  • I haven't actually been nominated although there has been some talk about a nomination for me, but I'm not going to speculate about it.

Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?

  • I do have an interest, but, in the end, it is up to the Wikpedia community to decide. I feel I have a strong skill in reverting vandalism, but other areas represenative to an admin, such as AFD and resolving disputes, are currently lacking in skill for me, which is something I am planning on fixing. Again, I want it to be the Wikipedia community's decision in the end, not mine.

Hope this helps. Thanks again. --Pilot|guy 19:58, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RE:Questions:

Question 1. Are you an Administrator?
A. Nope, i'm not yet an admin.

Question 2a. If you are when did you become an administrator?
A. Please see above

Question 2b. If you're not has anyone nominated you to become one?
A. Yes, I have been nominated by The Republican. I've declined for the time being, though.

Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?
A. Yes, I would like to become an admin someday. I have been participating in the WP:AFD, WP:RFA, and WP:AIV. If I do become an admin someday, I will help out on the AIV, and do my job as an admin to review the listed articles on the AFD. Also, I may list experieced users on the RFA, they are really in need of the mop. I also warned vandals on their talk page, so I may be experienced on those areas.

I hope these answers help you. :-) Funnybunny (talk/QRVS) 23:52, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Answers to your questions

I take it that you must be taking some sort of poll, eh?

Question 1. Are you an Administrator?

No, I am not.

Question 2a. If you are when did you become an administrator?

As above, I am not an administrator.

Question 2b. If you're not has anyone nominated you to become one?

I'm not aware of having been nominated.

Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?

At this point in my wikilife, no. While it would be nice to have the added capabilities, I don't currently want to have the added responsibilities that come along with them. I don't want to shut the door permanently on ever being an administrator, but I don't see myself seeking the position anytime soon.

Now, if you don't mind, may I ask you if you picked me for your poll randomly, or if you thought I might be interested in becoming an admin, or something else? I'm just curious. --Tachikoma 13:33, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
