Note that there already exists an N programming language as described in: Vaubois, Gael de La Croix, Catherine Moulinoux, and Benolt Derot. "The N Programming Language." Neurocomputing, NATO ASI series 68: 89-92. This article is not about that language. I could find no references to the language described in the About section of the article. Without any references to the language description, implementation, or any indication of its use, nothing is verifiable in the article, much less notable.
