Evidence of notability for the Dari (Java Framework) article can be found in the fact that several companies currently use the technology to power their websites. Several of those companies have agreed to be mentioned in the official press release announcing the open source release of the Dari framework: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/perfect-sense-digital-to-unveil-dari-an-open-source-java-development-framework-at-javaone-2012-171508231.html

The press release is a promotional document, but it includes an independent quote from Bill Bell, Vice President Web Technologies at HealthGrades, stating: "We have been using Dari and Brightspot CMS at HealthGrades for well over a year." The Dari framework was extensively demonstrated live for 3 days to a large number of Java developers. The source code is available on GitHub under a BSD license (very permissive, limited interest for original owner). Further evidence of notability should arise in the coming days/weeks. Delete Twitter is not a reliable source as an indicator of notability for anything, including APIs. A search came up with lots of Indonesian articles (apparently because dari is an actual word in the language). However, attempts to work around this didn't turn up any useful sources in books or news sources for this subject. Do Not Delete. The framework is responsible for powering websites that get millions of views a month - see the notable sites on the wiki page. How is it not notable? It's a technology, that has been utilized widely by tens of millions of people. Delete without prejudice to recreation in the future. This may be a framework for which an article is being created too soon. If it really is as popular, the coverage in reliable sources will appear, and then would be the time for an article. -- Whpq (talk) 16:06, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
