Major Re-edit, June 2102

I have submitted a major re-edit of the Dermer article. All info is based on the references. Calixte 01:13, 23 June 2012 (UTC)

Savages

The word is jarring, but is only used in direct quotes from those there at the time. Even Dermer, who endeavored to make peace with the Native Americans, uses the word a several times, but never in a truly malicious way.

This article, in its original form, appeared to have been copied and pasted from another source. With the way it was indented, though, it could have simply been composed in a word processor and then copied here, which is perfectly fine. Just to clarify. Realkyhick 19:52, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I imported it from a WORD DOC that I created as a research article years go. It seems that Wikipedia suffered from a lack of knowledge about Thomas Dermer. By the by....How would I fix the capitalization od the worder 'dermer' at the top of the page?

Calixte 19:57, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I figured that might be the case. I fixed the capitalization problem by moving the article to a new title; a redirect is now left from your old spelling, just in case. Thanks for your contributions, Dr. Calixte. Merci! Realkyhick 21:20, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
